Check out this gorgeous specimen of four gemstones: red garnet - almandine, white calcite - albite, shiny golden mica - muscovite and smoky quartz. There is a huge deep red crystal of almandine sitting in the middle of long smoky quartz crystals (a rainbow can be seen in those). What looks a bit like a hat on the garnet are actually cubic crystal of albite and thin flat crystals of mica (those look like a pages in a book as there are many of them and they are flat and very thin). What else? Well this specimen is elegant which makes it even more gorgeous. Grab it for your collection.
Where does it come from? There is a famous mining area called Skardu valley in Pakistan. Many kinds of high quality minerals are found there. This beautiful specimen is one of them.
How to use it? It's definitely a collector's item. It's rare, unique and high quality combination of natural minerals. But it is also great looking and of a nice size. It will look perfect on the shelf or table. As it's not too big, you can use it to decorate the desk in your office.
How to take care of it? Apart from occasional dusting, no special care is required.
